Governor’s Carol~Lighting Ceremony
On October 11, 2011, Mayor Steve Benjamin, of Columbia presented a proclamation honoring the Breakfast Optimist Club, the Columbia Garden Club and The Garden Club of South Carolina, Inc. for their involvement with the Governor's Carolighting Service and the State Christmas tree.
